This project is unique in more than one way. In total about 2,300 square metres of office space has been developed on seven floors. It consists of two phases: building A and building B.

The offices are available in individual, high-quality finished units (starting from 50 square metres).

Every unit is a full private office space in itself: orientated to the north and fully separated from the others in the complex and equipped with all possible modern facilities, ranging from heightened PC floors to private sanitary fittings and kitchenette. The spaces are completely open and not interrupted by columns or other disturbing elements. This way, every company has the freedom to organise the space within its own walls and implement its own 'house style’ in the interior.
