The entrance to the Van der Veken House is through the lobby in the Rijfstraat, i.e. from within the secured zone.

The complex is also ‘INSERT 3’ secured. It is equipped with a central identification system and a monitoring system in the hallways and elevators. In terms of fire safety the building obviously complies with all EU standards. Inside the units companies may provide additional security, if required.
